Name is Eva and I live in Denmark, which is a funny little country.
I'm now 27....and what can I say, it's not really my year so far, but I have internet so it's not all bad ;)
My fascination and love is the fair sex, because, well women are the most exquisite creatures on this earth and deserve appreciation!
My fixations at the moment are (in no particular order) Warehouse 13, Lost Girl, Once Upon A Time, Jaime Murray, Joanne Kelly, Meryl Streep, Game Of Thrones, Lana Parrilla, The Devil Wears Prada and not to forget Janeway/Seven of Nine and some more that I can’t remember right now ;)
When fathers pressure their sons to “act like men” we understand that this is partly due to anti-homo anxiety, but when mothers pressure their daughters to wear make-up and skirts and heels and sit with their legs closed and take smaller bites because big bites of food are unladylike, we just think it’s part of life.
people are not understanding that there’s a difference between being a strong female character who also happens to be feminine and being a strong female character who is only being written as feminine so she can date a man
